Genelys Early Learning Center ("we," "us") respects the privacy of the families who visit genelysearlylearningcenter.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit our tour request form, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number
- Your child's age range, preferred location, program of interest, and preferred start date
- Your preferred tour type and any message you include
We do not ask for your child's name, date of birth, or other identifying details through this website.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, and share information about enrollment. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes and stores tour request submissions on our behalf and emails them to us. We use Google Workspace services: our email inbox (Gmail) receives those notifications, and Google Calendar runs our online tour booking page, where the day, time, and the details you enter are stored. Our location section displays an embedded map from Google Maps, our booking form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics measures how the site is used, and links to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google open those services. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they use. It sets cookies in your browser and records page views and a few actions, such as tapping the WhatsApp button or sending a tour request. We never send it your name, email, or phone number, and your IP address is anonymized. We do not use advertising cookies. Embedded services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies when the map loads.
How long we keep information
We keep tour requests and booking details for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, so we can follow up about enrollment. After that we delete them from Netlify, from our email, and from our calendar. If your child enrolls, enrollment records are kept separately under our center's records policy, not through this website. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by writing to genelysearlylearningcenter@gmail.com or calling us. We answer these requests within 30 days.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
